I recently received this reconditioned Heathkit HW-8 QRP transceiver as a gift from longtime friend Christopher Huntley, WX3A. It is not only very generous but also extremely thoughtful since the HW-8 was among the first rigs we both used in those early years. I can’t wait to wire it up and take it for a spin.
